We mediate in the sale of beautiful agricultural land with a total area of 6296 m2.
The land consists of two cadastral parcels and the ownership and possession are regular 1/1.
The land contains extremely fertile land on which a vineyard was previously planted.
The terrain is flat and as such ideal for cultivation. On the land there are now several productive and maintained olive trees, a stone house - bunja, built of rough-hewn stone. In the past, it served as a shelter from storms, a place to rest during agricultural work, and as a storage room for tools.
There is also a water tank of 10m3 on the land.
A good macadam road (partly concreted) leads from the main road to the land itself.
The land offers a view of the sea and the neighboring coast.
