BUILDING LAND WITH OLD RUINS - SPLITSKA
The plot is located in the center of Splitska, district Varoš.
The plot has approx. 270 m2. An old house and a tavern were built on it, the size of approx. 140 m2, and the rest of about 130 m2 is in nature a garden or yard.
There is water and electricity on the plot, but the sewage system has not yet passed through the street (it was brought nearby and planned for the near future).
Opposite the house we also have a garden of approx. 150 m2, which is also a building, but it is located in a dolce, so it is in nature a garden. We would also sell it together with the old house.
The property is in order, owned and owned by my mother 1/1.
The construction of a smaller house is allowed on the plot (basement, ground floor, first floor and residential attic). Permitted buildability is 40%, which essentially means 100 m2 per floor. In addition, a swimming pool and parking lot can be built.
The house itself is in ruins, one part is completely collapsed and two parts need a good adaptation (or it could be demolished and built from scratch).
