Project Borak
Borak is a concept for a future tourist resort, located on the Northwest side of Brac, across the coast from the city of Split, near the small harbour town of Sutivan. Brač, is the highest and largest island of Dalmatia, in Split-Dalmatia County.
Sutivan is one of the smallest Croatian municipalities, covering 2,181 ha. It has 850 permanent residents. Its beautiful coastal coves are Stiniva, Likva, Stipanska and Vičja Luka, with pebble beaches and turquoise waters.
Sutivan enjoys a Mediterranean climate, with mild winters and warm summers.

Brač is an island on the Adriatic coast of Croatia, with a surface area of 385 km2, the highest peak of Vidova Gora is 778 m, and with 15,000 island inhabitants.
It is located in central Dalmatia, near Split with which it is connected by ferry to Supetar.
It is a typical Mediterranean island, covered by pine forests, olive groves, grape vines and fig trees.
