In a village Nerežišća, in the industrial zone, there is a workshop for processing and cutting of stone. The land surface is 4107 m2 and the hangar on it has approx.300 m2
To the land leads broad country road and soon (works are under preparation) the road will be asphalted and public lighting will be set up.
The facility has water, electricity and sewer connections. The telephone connection is also in preparation.
