Depending on the season, the olive trees (90% Oblica and 10% Levantinka) give on average a harvest of about 2000kg of olives, which gives usually 200-300 liters of cold-pressed virgin oil – which can be obtained in the local cold presses in Bobovišća or Supetar. This is a yield between 3000 and 4500 € per season.
The house on the plot has the area of about 30m2, features a beautiful west-oriented terrace, has one room and is equipped with a toilet. The addition of a shower could be very easily done.
The water supply is provided by a rainwater tank and the electricity is generated (currently only for lighting) via a solar photovoltaic system. The photovoltaic system can be easily extended for further appliances (e.g. refrigerator, etc.). Located outside in the garden next to the house is a large stonemade barbecue.
The island of Brač has an international airport and can be easily reached within a few hours from all over Europe (direct flights during season (charter) from Vienna, Linz and Graz only to mention Austria).
