Villa “Ventula” in Bol
On a beautiful location in Bol with a spectacular view of the sea and the neighbouring island of Hvar, there is a smaller villa with pool.
The whole property is finished to the finest details, from the entrance itself, stone paved parking and access, beautiful covered terraces towards the sea, pool and hot-tub space, up to the garden and olive grove.
The property consists of two smaller houses that have surface of approximately 100 m2 of living space. Land area is 3200 m2
