Two building plots in Bol
The purpose of the plot is for residential construction.
One plot has 687 m2 and the other 635 m2. There is an access road which leads to the parcels. There are water,sewerage and electricity connections within access road.
For both parcels there is a design project based on which construction and location permit has been obtained. For each parcel it is planned to build residential building of ground floor + 2 floors (of 165,60 m2 floor space ) + 7 parking spaces. Within existing building permissions, it is possible to make minor changes.
The plot offers a beautiful view of the sea and the neighboring island of Hvar.
